The following requires my or another administators aproval:
* Characters-NO CANNON CHARACTERS WILL BE APPROVED
* Devil Fruits
* Custom Weapons
* Crews

Unless you are an Admin/Moderator or the creator of a thread you may not post in a "join a crew" section until it has been approved

**YOU CANNOT USE WHAT YOU CREATE UNLESS IT GETS APPROVED**
Even admins need approval.
The Cheif Admin (ME) has the right to over ride any approval.
